These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Macro Studio software application ("Software") provided by Mobius Team, LLC, doing business as Macro Studio ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase of a valid subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) devices for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.
2. Purchase and Payment
Access to the Software requires a one-time purchase of a valid license at the current price of $50 USD. Payment is processed by our authorized reseller, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Your license is perpetual for the version purchased (e.g., Macro Studio 2026). Future major versions may be offered as optional paid upgrades.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a full refund within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Updates
All software updates and bug fixes within your purchased major version (e.g., Macro Studio 2026) are included at no additional cost. Future major versions (e.g., Macro Studio 2027) are optional paid upgrades.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Share your license key with others or circumvent license validation
6. Intellectual Property
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Mobius Team, LLC. Your subscription grants a license to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
All images and output files you create using the Software are yours. We claim no rights to your content.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. The Software processes all images locally on your device. We do not upload, collect, or access your images. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we do collect.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobius Team, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
