If you are not satisfied with Macro Studio for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in one of two ways:
- Email us at support@macrostudio.pro with your order number or the email address used at purchase.
- Through Paddle — click the refund link in your purchase receipt email, or visit your Paddle customer portal.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After the 30-Day Period
After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are not available. Your license remains valid for the purchased version indefinitely.
